OHPC WELCOMES SHRI BISHNUPADA SETHI, IAS AS CMD, OHPC

Shri Bishnupada Sethi, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Department of Energy, Government of Odisha took over Additional Charge of CMD, OHPC on 04.09.2019. Shri Sethi joined Indian Administrative Services in the year 1995. He is an able Administrator and has helmed key assignment in the past such as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Higher Education Department, Special Relief Commissioner, Managing Director of Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA), Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Excise Department), Secretary, Fisheries & Animal Resources Department (F&ARD), Secretary, Rural Development Department.
