77TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATED AT OHPC

Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd., A Gold rate State PSU, celebrated the 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at its Corporate Office, Training Centre and Units on 15th August 2023. At the Corporate Office, the National Flag was hoisted by Sri Amresh Kumar, Managing Director in presence of Sri Ashish Kumar Mohanty, Director (Operation), Sri Subash Chandra Jena, Director (HR) I/c, Sri Debalok Mohanty, Director (Finance) I/c, officers and staff. On this occasion, National Flags and Tri-colour badges was distributed among the employees. Sri Ashish Kumar Mohanty, Director (Operation), hoisted the National Flag at the OHPC Training Centre, Chandaka. Further, as an initiative to highlight women empowerment, a special shift was arranged with women employees only at all power houses of OHPC. All the women employees of the Units wore tri-colour Suits/ Sarees to mark the special day.
