OHPC TRAINING HOSTEL COMPLEX INAUGURATED BY HON'BLE ENERGY MINISTER

A Five Storey Training Hostel Building of Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. was inaugurated by Sj. Pratap Keshari Deb, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, Energy, Industries & MSME on 24.04.2023. Shri Bishnupada Sethi, IAS, Principal Secretary to Govt., Higher Education Dept. & Chairman, OHPC presided over the programme. Shri Amresh Kumar, Managing Director, Dr. Prabodh Kumar Mohanty, Director (HR), Sri Ashish Kumar Mohanty, Director (Operation) and officials of OHPC were present during the inaugural ceremony. An inaugural Puja was held on the occasion. The Hon’ble Minister visited and reviewed the facilities of the new complex alongwith the Training Centre and held a meeting with senior officials of OHPC. The newly constructed complex has been built over a plinth Area of 3662 sq. ft. adjacent to OHPC Training Centre, Patia and consists of 12 nos. of Single bedded rooms, 12 nos. of double bedded rooms, Conference room, Modern Classroom, Cafeteria, Multi-Utility Halls and many other facilities. M/s NBCC Ltd is the Project Management Consultant of the Hostel Complex.
