Through
the centre addresses the training needs of hydro-power industry in particular and
occasional MDPs now, the infrastructures are geared to meet the training requirements
of all concerned. Continuous review and strategic analysis prompts the center
to training ventures with "concept-first-then-action" methodologies
for the new millennium.
The essence
of success lies in capitalizing the human strengths with cost-effective support
of resource-allocations so as to overcome the weaknesses and march ahead into
the future with confidence.
