bringing them to the required skill-levels as stipulated in the statutes
of Indian Electricity Rules,1956.

customized plant-specific training courses for participant hydro-plants.

training programs through organized seminars for corporate managers in developing
their managerial, executive as well as strategic skills.

in acquiring innovative ideas and creativity those can contribute to productivity
improvement.

communication skill and sound work culture.
